Delete Your Papyrio Account
To request deletion of your Papyrio account and associated data:
- Email us at support@papyrio.com with "Delete Account" in the subject
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We'll confirm deletion within 7 business days
What gets deleted:
- Your account information
- Created books and content
- Personal preferences
What we keep:
- Basic transaction records (required by law for 7 years)
Process completes within 30 days of request.
